In the summer of 2007, Eric Lynes, owner of Biltmore Hats in Guelph, Ontario was kind enough to let me wander through his facility and photograph the machinery involved in manufacturing hats. Some of the processes and equipment have not changed since Biltmore Hats first started production in 1917. It was a pleasure to see items crafted by hand with the finest eye to quality and detail.
